Tim hodges
Tim brings over 20 years of experience in building, construction, and certification to the Urban Certifying team.
With a trade background as a carpenter, Tim transitioned into his role as a Registered Certifier 10 years ago. His extensive expertise in navigating SEPP requirements and complex DA conditions, combined with a practical, solution-focused approach, Tim is highly respected in his field and an invaluable asset to any building project.
Tim is known for being approachable, dedicated, and committed to delivering a personalised and seamless experience for every client. He goes above and beyond to ensure each project runs smoothly and with clarity every step of the way.

Ree hodges
Ree brings over 20 years of experience in management and administration to the Urban Certifying team.
With a strong background in the building and construction industry, spanning engineering and certification - Ree combines organisational expertise with industry knowledge to support clients and projects effectively.
When she’s not working, Ree loves spending quality time with her family, painting, enjoying coffee, and soaking up the sunshine.
Ree is also a local Newcastle artist, balancing her passion for art with work and family life.
